食品安全是民生大事,存在安全隐患的食品会危害人们的身体健康,并给食品行业的发展带来严重威胁。食品检验检测是保证食品安全的重要防线,因此受到了社会各界的广泛重视。本文重点阐述了食品检验检测中存在的细节问题,并深入探讨了食品检验检测工作中的质量控制措施,旨在为我国的食品检验检测工作带来参考依据。
Food safety is a major issue for people’s livelihood. Food with potential safety hazards will endanger the health of the people and pose a serious threat to the development of the food industry. Food inspection and detection is an important line of defense to ensure food safety, so it has received extensive attention from all walks of life. This article focuses on the detailed problems in food inspection and detection, and deeply discusses the quality control measures in food inspection and detection, aiming to bring reference for food inspection and detection in China.
