摘要
中国未来的石油需求对中国石油安全来说至关重要。在基于2015—2020年对我国石油安全数据调查、分析的基础上,结合石油勘探开发等相关文献,按重要性筛选出代表性的核心指标,建立石油安全的评价指标体系,采用粗糙集及支持向量机结合加以研判评价,并从调整能源消费结构等4个角度提出关于提升中国石油安全的建议。
China’s future oil demand is very important to China’s oil security,based on the investigation and analysis of China’s oil safety data from 2015 to 2020,combined with oil exploration and development and other related documents,according to the importance of screening the representative core indicators,the establishment of oil safety evaluation index system,with rough set and support vector machine combined evaluation,and from the adjustment of energy consumption structure and other four perspectives on improving China’s oil security proposals.
