摘要
目的探讨延续性护理在糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取遂溪县人民医院2018年4月-2021年3月收治的90例糖尿病肾病行维持性血液透析患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理。两组均持续护理至出院,并随访3个月。观察两组干预前后营养状态及SF-36评分,干预后的满意度。结果与干预前比,干预后两组TSF、AMC均增大,观察组大于对照组;BMI、生理机能、躯体疼痛、社会功能及生理职能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组;干预后,观察组总满意度为95.56%,高于对照组82.22%(均P<0.05)。结论延续性护理能有效改善糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者机体营养状态,提高生活质量,整体满意度较高。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous care in patients with diabetic nephropathy and maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2021 were randomLy divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases).Routine nursing was used in the control group and continuous nursing was used in the observation group.Both groups continued nursing until discharge,and were followed up for 3 months.The nutritional status,SF-36 score and satisfaction after intervention were observed.Results Compared with before intervention,TSF and AMC in the two groups increased after intervention,and the observation group was greater than that in the control group;the scores of BMI,physiological function,somatic pain,social function and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;after the intervention,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve the nutritional status and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis,and the overall satisfaction is higher.
