摘要
陶瓷作为中华文化的一颗明珠,在文化交流中,具有向国际展示其风采的作用,陶瓷术语中文化负载词翻译策略的选择问题,凸显出其重要性。为达到文化负载词信息传达的期望效果,本文从翻译目的论角度对陶瓷术语中文化负载词翻译进行了探讨、对比和分析。研究发现,译文如以文化宣传为目的,宜采用异化翻译策略;以商业营销为目的,则宜采用归化策略。
As a pearl of Chinese culture,ceramics presents its beauty and quintessence to the world in cultural exchange.However,translation of culture-loaded words in its terminology approximately becomes a concern.In order to achieve the expected effect of culture-loaded words’information transmission,this paper discusses the translation of culture-loaded words in ceramic terms from the perspective of Skopos theory,and draws the conclusion that foreignization should be adopted for cultural publicity and domestication for commercial purpose.
