写好智库咨询报告是建设中国特色新型智库的基础工作。智库咨询报告是重要的新型应用文体,介于公文与论文之间并吸纳二者长处,博采古典文书特别是章表奏议的文化精髓,兼具实用性与学术性。它是一种有用之学术,体现综合之智慧、战略之思考、艺术之表达。一篇完整的智库咨询报告,需要重点考虑契合时势的选题破题、有理有据的分析论证和精到可行的对策建议。写好智库咨询报告,还宜把握经世致用的总体原则和精准简要的表达策略,更重要的是深厚的学术积累和理论联系实际的深度调研。
Writing a good think tank advisory report is the basic part of building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics. The think tank advisory report is a new type of practical writing,which absorbs the advantages of both official documents and thesis,draws on the quintessence of classical documents,especially the ones written to the superiors,and have both practicability and academic quality as well. It is a kind of practical academic essay that embodies the wisdom of synthesis,thinking of strategy and expression of art. A complete think tank advisory report needs to focus on choosing a topic which is in line with the current situation,rational analysis and demonstration,and refined and feasible countermeasures and suggestions. To write a good think tank advisory report,we should also grasp the general principles when one use his statecraft to the best and express himself accurately and precisely. More importantly,we should have profound academic accumulation and do in-depth research combining theory with practice.
