摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法对护理专业本科实习生批判性思维及自我导向学习能力的影响。方法:便利抽样法选取在我院脊柱外科实习的120名护理专业本科生,随机分为对照组和实验组,分别实施传统教学法和PBL教学方法。4周实习轮转结束后,比较组间理论知识、操作技术、批判性思维及自我导向学习能力得分情况。结果:实验组理论成绩及操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。批判性思维方面,实验组分析能力、求知欲和认知成熟度等3个维度得分以及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),寻找真相、开放思想、系统化能力和批判性思维的自信心等4个维度得分组间无差别;自我导向学习能力方面,实验组5个维度得分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法可提高护理专业实习学生的理论知识、操作技术水平,有助于提升护理专业实习学生的批判性思维及自我导向学习能力。
Objective:To explore the influence of PBL teaching method on critical thinking and self-directed learning ability of undergraduate nursing interns.Methods:By convenient sampling method,120 nursing undergraduates who practiced in spinal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups to implement traditional teaching method and PBL teaching method respectively.After the 4-week practice rotation,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operation technology,critical thinking and self-directed learning ability between the groups were compared.Results:The theoretical and operational scores of PBL teaching group were higher than those of traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).In terms of critical thinking,the three dimensions of analytical ability,thirst for knowledge and cognitive maturity and the total score of PBL teaching group were higher than that of traditional teaching method group(P;In terms of self-directed learning ability,the scores of five dimensions and the total scores of PBL teaching group were higher than those of traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method can improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing practice students,and help to improve the critical thinking and self-directed learning ability of nursing practice students.
