摘要
基于国内对中医住培基地师资队伍现状的研究成果,结合山东中医药大学附属医院的实际情况,文章主要对该院住培基地师资队伍建设存在的主要问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案和建设策略,为其他基地师资队伍建设提供参考与借鉴。通过文章的研究,得出以下主要结论:一是建立健全规章制度体系;二是构建科学合理的培养体系;三是建立考核评价体系;四是完善师资激励机制;五是定期进行教学督导。加强临床带教师资队伍建设是培养合格住培学员的重要保障,只有针对性地进行策略建设,才能促进中医住培基地整体教学质量的提高。
Based on the domestic research results on the current situation of the teaching staff of the residential and training base of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the actual situation of the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff of the residential and training base of the hospital,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and construction strategies to provide reference for the construction of the teaching staff of other bases.Through this study,the following main conclusions are drawn:first,establish and improve the rules and regulations system;second,build a scientific and reasonable training system;third,establish an assessment system;fourth,improve the teacher incentive mechanism;fifth,conduct regular teaching supervision.Strengthening the construction of clinical teaching staff is an important guarantee for training qualified students.Only targeted strategy construction can promote the improvement of the overall teaching quality of TCM residential training base.
