摘要
目的:系统评价在西医常规治疗的基础上应用注射用益气复脉治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:检索知网、万方数据库、PubMed、维普等,纳入36篇文献。文献中对照组采用西医常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用注射用益气复脉或注射用益气复脉联合其他药物治疗。从纳入文献中整理出临床疗效、左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、N末端前体脑利钠肽、6 min步行试验、每分输出量、每搏输出量、血清白细胞介素-6、不良反应、生活质量评分10项指标,进行Meta分析。结果:试验组中,临床疗效、左心室射血分数、6 min步行试验距离、每分输出量、每搏输出量高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径、N末端前体脑利钠肽、不良反应发生率、血清白细胞介素-6水平、生活质量评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:注射用益气复脉联合西医常规治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效优于常规西医治疗,在临床慢性心力衰竭的治疗中推荐使用。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of the Yiqi Fumai(益气复脉)prescription for injection plus conventional Western medicine on chronic heart failure.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,VIP,etc.were searched,and 36 papers were included.In the literature,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with the Yiqi Fumai prescription for injection more or the Yiqi Fumai prescription for injection plus other drugs more.Results:In the experimental group,the clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction,6-minute walking test,cardiac output,stroke volume were higher than those in the control group,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,NT-proBNP,incidence of adverse reactions,interleukin-6,and the quality of life score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The efficacy of the Yiqi Fumai prescription for injection plus conventional Western medicine on chronic heart failure was better than conventional western medicine treatment simply,and it is recommended to be used in the treatment of clinical chronic heart failure.
