摘要
目的:探讨增强型体外反搏联合心脏康复训练治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月通州区人民医院收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者120例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为研究1组、研究2组、研究3组三组,各40例。研究1组采取增强型体外反搏联合心脏康复技术治疗;研究2组采取增强型体外反搏技术治疗;研究3组采取心脏康复技术治疗,比较三组患者纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级及6 min步行试验距离。结果:治疗后,三组患者NYHA心功能分级均提高,研究1组优于研究2组、研究3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,三组患者6 min步行试验距离均提高,研究1组大于研究2组和研究3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:增强型体外反搏联合心脏康复技术治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,可明显改善心功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of enhanced external counterpulsation combined with cardiac rehabilitation training in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods:120 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to Tongzhou District People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into three groups,Study group 1,Study group 2 and Study group 3,with 40 cases each,by random number table method.Study group 1 was treated with enhanced external counterpulsation combined with cardiac rehabilitation technology.Study group 2 was treated with the enhanced external counterpulsation technique.Study group 3 was treated with cardiac rehabilitation techniques.The New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification and the 6-min walk test distance were compared among the three groups.Results:After treatment,NYHA cardiac function classification improved in all three groups,and study group 1 was better than study group 2 and study group 3,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-min walking test distance improved in all three groups,and study group 1 was greater than study group 2 and study group 3,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enhanced external counterpulsation combined with cardiac rehabilitation technique can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
