摘要
近年,人民生活水平的提高,冠心病的发病率和死亡率随之逐年增长,且呈现出年轻化发展趋势,严重危害人民的健康和生活质量。虽然临床上大量使用抗心血管药物和广泛应用PCI大大地降低了冠心病患者的死亡率,但是长期服药其预后不佳和高昂的费用也带来了新的困扰。冠心病的中医疗法有着悠久深厚的历史,与西医治疗相比,中医疗法有着副作用小、安全可靠、价格实惠等独特优势,弥补了西医治疗的不良反应和不足之处。文章检索近几年来中医疗法治疗冠心病的相关文献,为冠心病的临床治疗和研究提供指导和借鉴,提高中医药治疗冠心病的水平。
In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease increase year by year,and presents a trend of younger development,which seriously endangers people’s health and quality of life.Although the extensive use of anticardiovascular drugs and PCI in clinical practice have greatly reduced the mortality of patients with coronary heart disease,the poor prognosis and high cost of longterm medication have also brought new troubles.Traditional Chinese medicine therapy for coronary heart disease has a long and profound history.Compared with Western medicine therapy,traditional Chinese medicine therapy has unique advantages such as fewer side effects,safe and reliable,affordable and so on,making up for the adverse reactions and shortcomings of Western medicine treatment.In this paper,the literature on the treatment of coronary heart disease by TCM in recent years was searched to provide guidance and reference for the clinical treatment and research of coronary heart disease,and to improve the level of TCM treatment of coronary heart disease.
