摘要
目的 评价儿童急性白血病诊断中应用血常规指标检验的辅助价值,以提高儿童急性白血病诊断、治疗预后效果。方法 选择我院2018年12月至2019年12月血液科收治且检查确诊的急性白血病儿童以及体检健康儿童,各选择80例,分别作为观察组、对照组,两组儿童均进行血常规检测。结果 与对照组受试儿童的血常规指标检验结果相比,观察组白细胞、淋巴细胞比率、单核细胞比率均更高,红细胞、血小板、中性细胞比率均更低,差异显著,P均<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组血常规指标白细胞计数> 10×10^(9)/L(50.00%)、血红蛋白浓度60~110 g/L(75.00%)、血小板计数<100×10^(9)/L(80.00%)、白细胞计数水平>10×10^(9)/L幼稚细胞检出率(96.00%)更高,差异显著,P<0.05。结论 急性白血病患儿多数病例可以检出幼稚细胞,为初诊提供可靠依据。
Objective To evaluate the auxiliary value of routine blood test in the diagnosis of acute leukemia in children, so as to improve the prognosis of the diagnosis and treatment of acute leukemia in children. Methods Selected children with acute leukemia who were admitted and diagnosed in the department of hematology from December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital and healthy children with physical examination.80 cases were selected as the observation group and the control group. The children in both groups were subjected to blood routine testing.Results Compared with the results of blood routine index test of the control group, the ratio of white blood cells, lymphocytes and monocytes in the observation group was higher, and the ratio of red blood cells, platelets and neutrophils was lower, and the difference was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. Observation group blood routine index white blood cell count>10×10^(9)/L(50.00%), hemoglobin concentration 60-110 g/L(75.00%), platelet count<100×10^(9)/L(80.00%), white blood cell count level>10×10^(9)/L the detection rate of immature cells(96.00%)is higher, and the difference was significant, and the P<0.05. Conclusion Immature cells can be detected in most cases of children with acute leukemia, which can provide a reliable basis for initial diagnosis.
