摘要
目的:探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在儿童急性白血病(AL)初诊时检测的临床意义。方法:选取10个月~14岁(5.30±3.24)岁住院确诊急性白血病患儿58例(男32,女26);采用AU5400全自动生化分析仪检测空腹血清ADA和LDH表达水平;BECKMAN LH750全自动血细胞分析仪检测血常规。结果:白细胞增多性白血病组和白细胞不增多性白血病组与体检组比较ADA和LDH水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且白细胞增多性白血病组明显高于白细胞不增多性白血病组(P<0.05);白细胞增多性白血病组血清ADA和LDH水平与外周血白细胞总数(WBC)呈正相关(r:0.426,P<0.05;r:0.404,P<0.05)。结论:急性白血病患儿初诊时联合检测血清ADA、LDH表达水平对儿童急性白血病早期辅助诊断和鉴别诊断具有一定临床意义。
Objective: To explore the detection of clinical significance of the serum adenosine deaminase (ADA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in acute leukemia (AL) children at the first visit. Methods: Select 58 cases (32boys and 26girls) of children aged 10months tol4yearsold(5.30±3.24)with acute leukemia in hospital, use AU 5400 fully-automatic biochem ical analyzer to test the peripheral blood serum ADA and LDH expression level of the empty stomach ;and use BECKM ANLH750 fully-automatic hematology analyzer to test blood routine examination. Results: The serum ADA, LDH expr ession level in leukocytosis leukemia and leukocyte not increased leukemia were significantly raised (P 〈 0. 05), and the leukocytosis leukemia group is significantly higher than the leukocyte not increased leukemia (P〈0. 05). The serum ADA, LDH expression level in leukocytosis leukemia and total peripheral blood leukocyte WBC were positively corre lated (r: 0. 426, P〈0. 05: r: 0. 404, P〈0, 05) . Conelusion:Jointmonitoring serumADA, LDH expression level in children with acute leukemia in the early auxiliary diagnosis and differential diagnosis has a certain clinical significance.
