摘要
手术室护理管理是医院管理工作的重点内容之一,传统手术室护理管理模式和现阶段的手术室护理管理需求不相适应,需要切实做好调整,促进手术室护理管理取得理想成效。本文介绍了现阶段医院手术室护理管理的基本情况,对医院手术室护理管理现状进行SWOT分析,并探究手术室护理管理的优化改进策略。
Pperating room nursing management is one of the key elements of hospital management,and the traditional operating room nursing management mode is not compatible with the current stage of operating room nursing management needs,so it needs to be adjusted effectively to promote the ideal results of operating room nursing management.This paper introduces the basic situation of hospital operating room nursing management at the present stage,conducts SWOT analysis on the current situation of hospital operating room nursing management,and explores the optimization and improvement strategies of operating room nursing management.
