摘要
按层级对参与新型冠状病毒肺炎应急救治的手术室护理队伍进行针对性的应急培训,并在演练和实际运行中检验培训效果,评价培训体系的合理性并在实践中加以改进。培训后各层级护士能很快进入各自角色并能较为熟练地开展相关工作,但在实践中也暴露出了一些问题,对暴露出的问题加以改进并调整了相关应急预案,最终达到了预期的效果。
The ability of operating room nurses to respond to coronavirus disease 2019 was improved through emergency training according to their roles and levels,and the training effectiveness was evaluated in practice. After training,the nurses with different levels could play their own roles well and carry out the related work proficiently.Some problems found in practice have been solved by improving the contingency plan and expected results were achieved.
