摘要
建立了乙醚为溶剂,气相色谱法快速测定呋喃树脂中糠醇及苯酚含量的方法。呋喃树脂经乙醚稀释后直接进样,19091N-1131毛细管柱(HP-INNOWAX 30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)分离,氢火焰离子检测器测定,优化了色谱条件,采用外标法定量。所建立的方法对糠醇及苯酚分离度好,线性范围分别为0 mg/mL~20 mg/mL、0 mg/mL~10 mg/mL,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限低,精密度高,回收率理想。本方法灵敏度高、重现性好、结果准确可靠,可快速定量呋喃树脂中的糠醇及苯酚。
A method for the rapid determination of furfuryl alcohol and phenol in furan resin by gas chromatography with ether as solvent was established.Furan resin was diluted with ether and injected directly.The method was separated by 19091N-1131 capillary column(HP-INNOWAX 30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)and determined by hydrogen flame ion detector.After the optimization of chromatographic conditions,the external standard method was used for quantification.The established method has good separation of furfuryl alcohol and phenol.The linear ranges are 0 mg/mL~20 mg/mL and 0 mg/mL~10 mg/mL respectively,and the correlation coefficients are greater than 0.999.Low detection limit,high precision and ideal recovery are the biggest advantages of this method.The method has high sensitivity,good reproducibility,accurate and reliable results,and can rapidly quantify furfuryl alcohol and phenol in furan resin.
