摘要
选取黄酮类化合物中4种典型的化合物黄芩苷、黄芩素、槲皮素和芦丁,就其改善胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistence,IR)的作用及机制进行综述,指出这4种黄酮类化合物主要通过降糖、降脂、抗炎、抗氧化、影响胰岛素信号通路、改善内质网应激等方式改善IR,治疗2型糖尿病,未来临床可以黄酮类化合物作为抗糖尿病药物进行开发应用。
The action of improving IR and the mechanism of four typical flavonoids including baicalin,baicalein,quercetin and rutin were summarized after they were chosen,it was pointed out that the four flavonoids could improve IR and treat type two diabetes mellitus(T2DM)mainly by lowering the glucose and lipid,antiinflammatory effects,oxidation resistance,affecting insulin signaling pathway,and improving endoplasmic reticulum stress,in the future,flavonoids could be developed and utilized as antidiabetic drug in clinic.
