摘要
以福建省作为研究对象,分析加快构建清洁低碳安全高效能源体系,严格控制化石能源消费,积极发展非化石能源的途径。提出氢能作为一种绿色低碳的新型能源,要加强氢能生产、储存和应用关键技术研发的示范和规模化应用,统筹推进氢能“制储输用”全链条发展。文中分析了福建省氢能产业问题和优势,认为对于福建省而言,以氢能发展引领能源变革和经济社会变革,是加快实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。最后,基于福建省的资源禀赋、产业结构、技术水平,提出相关的路径和对策。
aking Fujian Province as the research object, analyze the ways to accelerate the construction of a clean,low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system, strictly control fossil energy consumption, and actively develop non fossil energy. It is proposed that hydrogen energy, as a new type of green and low-carbon energy, should strengthen the demonstration and large-scale application of research and development of key technologies for hydrogen energy production, storage and application, and promote the overall chain development of hydrogen energy "production, storage, transportation and use". This paper analyzes the problems and advantages of Fujian’s hydrogen energy industry, and believes that for Fujian Province,leading the energy reform and economic and social reform with hydrogen energy development is an important way to accelerate the realization of the "double carbon" goal. Finally, based on the resource endowment, industrial structure and technical level of Fujian Province, the paper puts forward relevant paths and countermeasures.
