摘要
随着"碳达峰、碳中和"目标的提出,我国的经济发展正逐步与以高排放化石能源为主的能源体系脱钩,而具备清洁高效等优点的氢能因此受到国内的高度关注。新疆发展氢能的条件十分优越,但目前氢能产业的发展十分落后。本文总结了国际氢能产业发展的主要趋势,分析并借鉴美国、日本、欧洲、韩国等国外氢能产业先进的发展经验,并在对新疆的氢能产业发展的优劣势进行分析的基础上,结合新疆的自身实际情况指出金融在支持新疆的氢能产业发展上具有重大作用,并总结出金融如何支持新疆氢能产业发展的一些启示和建议。
With the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutral”, China’s economic development is gradually decoupling from the energy system based on high-emission fossil energy, while hydrogen energy, which has the advantages of clean and high efficiency, is receiving great attention in China. Xinjiang has excellent conditions for the development of hydrogen energy, but the development of its hydrogen energy industry is very backward at present. Therefore, this paper summarizes some experiences of international hydrogen energy industry development, and concludes that a perfect hydrogen energy strategy and appropriate financial support are very important in promoting the development of hydrogen energy industry. Finally, based on the advantages and disadvantages of the development of hydrogen energy industry in Xinjiang and the international experience of hydrogen energy industry, this paper proposes inspirations and suggestions for the development of hydrogen energy industry in Xinjiang.
