摘要
氢能被誉为21世纪的"终极能源",是一种清洁的二次能源。2019年氢能首次写入两会政府工作报告,凸显了发展氢能产业的重要性。中国"富煤、贫油、少气"的能源结构决定了在一定时期内以煤炭作为主要的氢能原料的地位不会改变。采用生命周期成本分析方法,研究以上游产业链的煤气化制氢、煤热解制氢为起点,结合中游产业链的气氢和液氢运输等不同储运方式,到下游产业链的加氢站,得到煤制氢产业链生命周期成本,通过比较可知,以煤为原料制氢具有明显的经济性优势,但生命周期环境影响所带来的外部成本也不容忽视,为综合评价以煤制氢技术发展氢能产业链的可持续性提供理论依据。
Hydrogen energy is known as the"ultimate energy source"in the 21 st century and is a clean secondary energy source.Hydrogen energy was first written in the government work report of the two sessions in 2019,highlighting the importance of developing the hydrogen energy industry.China’s"rich coal,lean oil,and little gas"energy structure determines that the status of coal as the main raw material for hydrogen energy will not change for a certain period of time.Therefore,the life cycle cost analysis method was used to study the hydrogen production from coal gasification and coal pyrolysis in the upstream industrial chain as a starting point,combining different storage and transportation methods such as gas hydrogen and liquid hydrogen transportation in the midstream industry chain,to the hydrogen station of the downstream industry chain,the life cycle cost of the coal hydrogen production industry chain is obtained.It can be seen from the comparison that the production of hydrogen from coal has obvious economic advantages.However,the external cost of life cycle environmental impact cannot be ignored,and it provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainability of the development of the hydrogen energy industry chain with coal-to-hydrogen technology.
