摘要
目的分析解郁安神方联合针刺对肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征失眠患者的疗效。方法选择南阳张仲景医院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征失眠患者82例。采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(39例)和联合组(43例)。对照组患者接受解郁安神方治疗,联合组患者接受解郁安神方联合针刺治疗。对2组患者临床疗效、睡眠质量、雌激素水平和不良反应进行比较。结果联合组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者PSQI评分较治疗前下降。联合组患者在治疗后PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者LH水平较治疗前下降。联合组患者治疗后LH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者E水平较治疗前升高。联合组患者在治疗后E水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应率高于对照组,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解郁安神方联合针刺能显著改善肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征失眠患者睡眠情况,提升临床疗效,改善雌激素水平,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of resolving stagnation for tranquilization prescription combined with acupuncture on insomnia of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.Methods 82 patients with insomnia of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression were selected from January 2019 to 2021.The patients were randomly divided into control group(39 cases)and combined group(43 cases).The control group was treated with resolving stagnation for tranquilization prescription,and the combined group was treated with resolving stagnation for tranquilization prescription combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,estrogen level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment.The PSQI score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of LH in the two groups decreased.After treatment,the level of LH in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of Ein the two groups was higher than that before treatment.After treatment,the Elevel of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Resolving stagnation for tranquilization prescription combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the sleep condition of perimenopausal insomnia patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression,enhance the clinical efficacy and improve the level of estrogen,so it is recommended to use it.
