摘要
目的评价疏肝补肾活血汤联合刮痧对女性更年期综合征患者内分泌紊乱状态的调节作用研究。方法选择2018年3月—2020年7月该院收治的女性更年期综合征患者136例,按随机数表法分为研究组(68例)和参照组(68例)。参照组采用尼尔雌醇片治疗。口服,2 mg/次,2周1次。在经期及其后5 d停药。研究组在参照组治疗的基础上,口服疏肝补肾活血汤结合刮痧治疗。两组均规范治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分和治疗疗效,比较两组治疗前后Kupperman评分,比较两组治疗前后促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)和雌二醇(E;)水平。结果参照组治疗总有效率低于研究组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前降低,研究组下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Kupperman评分较治疗前降低,研究组降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后内分泌激素水平LH、FSH较治疗前降低,E;较治疗前升高。研究组改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾活血汤联合刮痧能更大幅度地改善女性更年期综合征患者的临床症状,缓解病情,调节患者的内分泌水平,改善机体内分泌功能紊乱状态,疗效优于西医治疗。
Objective To evaluate the regulatory effect of Shugan Bushen Huoxue Decoction(疏肝补肾活血汤)combined with scraping on endocrine disorders in women with climacteria syndrome.Methods A total of 136 female menopausal syndrome patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into study group(n=68)and reference group(n=68)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with niestriol tablets orally,2 mg/time,once every 2 weeks.The medication stopped during the menstruation and 5 days after menstruation.On the basis of the treatment of the reference group,the study group was treated with oral Shugan Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with scrapping.Both groups received standard treatment for 3 months.The Kupperman score and the levels of LH,FSH and E2 in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the reference group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower after treatment than before,and the decrease rate in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Kupperman scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were decreased and E2 was increased.The improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shugan Bushen Huoxue Decoction and scrapping can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of female climactors-related syndromes,alleviate the disease,regulate the endocrine level of the pa⁃tients,and improve the endocrine dysfunction of the body,which is better than western medicine treatment.
