摘要
目的探究牙周炎患者下龈沟液中神经轴突导向因子SLIT3、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)表达与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性。方法选取2018年3月-2021年3月海南医学院第一附属医院收治的100例牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据患者胃Hp感染情况分为Hp感染组42例和Hp非感染组58例。检测患者下龈沟液中SLIT3、IL-6、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)水平,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析上述指标水平对胃Hp感染的预测效能。结果Hp感染组患者下龈沟液中SLIT3、IL-6、HMGB1水平均高于Hp非感染组(P<0.05);随着胃Hp感染程度的加重,下龈沟液中SLIT3、IL-6、HMGB1水平均呈升高趋势(P<0.05);ROC曲线结果,SLIT3、IL-6、HMGB1水平对牙周炎患者胃Hp感染的预测效能均较高,曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.717、0.658、0.679。结论牙周炎患者下龈沟液中SLIT3、IL-6、HMGB1水平在预测胃Hp感染中具有较高的临床价值,且与胃Hp感染程度联系紧密,可为患者提供诊断治疗依据。
OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between the expression of neuronal guidance factor netrin(SLIT3),interleukin-6(IL-6)and high mobility group protein 1(HMGB1)in lower gingival crevicular fluid of patients with periodontitis and the gastric Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.METHODS A total of 100 patients with periodontitis who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from Mar 2018 to Mar 2021 were recruited as the study objects and were divided into the Hp infection group with 42 cases and the no Hp infection group with 58 cases according to the status of gastric Hp infection.The levels of SLIT3,IL-6 and HMGB1 in lower gingival crevicular fluid were detected,and the efficiencies of the above indexes in prediction of gastric Hp infection were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.RESULTS The levels of lower gingival crevicular fluid SLIT3,IL-6 and HMGB1 of the Hp infection group were significantly higher than those of the no Hp infection group(P<0.05).With the aggravation of gastric Hp infection,the levels of SLIT3,IL-6 and HMGB1 in lower gingival crevicular fluid showed upward trends(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the efficiencies of SLIT3,IL-6 and HMGB1 were high in prediction of gastric Hp infection,and the areas under curves(AUCs)were 0.717,0.658 and 0.679,respectively.CONCLUSION The expression levels of SLIT3,IL-6 and HMGB1 in lower gingival crevicular fluid of the periodontitis patients have high clinical value in prediction of gastric Hp infection and are closely associated with the severity of gastric Hp infection,which can provide guidance for diagnosis and treatment.
