摘要
立体思维,又为“整体思维”“系统思维”,旨在从总体上、相互联系中全面地把握研究对象,是发展和完善化了的辨证思维。临床以立体思维为向导辨治体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)反复失败,着眼于多病位及矛盾、复杂病机的整体辨证,并综合考虑IVF-ET反复失败患者的体质、情志、调摄、环境等各因素影响,做到调治结合,养护兼并,临证处方用药寒热同用、虚实并调,实现中医药对本病多靶点、多途径、多机制的调治作用。
Systematic thinking,also known as holistic thinking,aims to learn the research object in an overall and interrelated manner,representing the developed dialectical thinking.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of repeated failure in the in-vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)is guided by systematic thinking,which focuses on the overall syndrome differentiation of multiple disease positions,pathogenesis of contradictions,and complex pathogenesis,comprehensively considering a variety of influencing factors in the physique,emotion,adjustment,and environment of patients.Combining regulation,maintenance,and treatment,systematic thinking guides the use of both cold and heat medicinal herbs in prescriptions and the simultaneous regulation of deficient and excessive symptoms,so as to realize the multi-target,multi-pathway,and multi-mechanism treatment of this disease.
