摘要
现代产业学院是推动职业教育高质量发展,培养符合产业高质量发展和创新需求的高素质技术技能人才的重要途径。以2021年广东省高职院校114个参与省级示范性产业学院遴选的基本资料为研究样本,从各校的参与情况、挂牌时间、办学场所、对接产业、合作模式、师资队伍、管理机制等方面分析出广东省产业学院建设的基本现状,归纳提炼出产业学院建设时间短、覆盖区域不均衡、对接产业集群集中化、组建逻辑偏重专业集群、服务产业功能薄弱等特征,籍此探索高职产业学院有效管理模式、创新人才培养模式、强化产学研功能、专业群深度对接产业链等未来主要建设方向。
Modern industrial college is an important way to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of high-quality industrial development and innovation.Taking the basic data of 114 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province participating in the competition for provincial demonstration industrial colleges in 2021 as the research sample,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the construction of industrial colleges in Guangdong from the aspects of participation,listing time,school running place,docking industry,cooperation mode,teaching staff and management mechanism,and summarizes and abstracts the features of industrial colleges in Guangdong as short time of construction,uneven coverage of aera,concentration of docking industry groups,focusing on professionalism in grouping construction logic,weak function of service industry.And with this,the paper discusses the main construction directions of higher vocational industrial colleges in the future,such as exploring effective management mode,innovating talent training mode,strengthening the function of industry,college and research,and in-depth docking of professional groups with the industrial chain.
