摘要
就业结构性矛盾是长期以来大学生就业难的主要原因。准确全面把握大学生就业结构性矛盾的实质是缓解就业结构性矛盾、实现更加充分更高质量就业的关键。结构主义强调的"整体性""关联性""共时性"为我们探究大学生就业结构性矛盾本体提供了方法论支撑。在结构主义视角下,大学生就业结构意指覆盖大学生就业市场"二维三层次"的所有结构。大学生就业结构性矛盾实为"空间结构不完全匹配型""时间结构不完全匹配型"两大形态下的五种结构性矛盾。化解大学生就业结构性矛盾应依循"双向发力""统筹协同""同频共振"的破解之道。
The structural contradiction in employment has been the main reason for the difficulty in obtaining employment for college students for a long time.Accurate and comprehensive grasp of the essence of the problem is the key to alleviate it and achieve more adequate and higher quality employment. The "integrity", "relevance" and "synchronicity", emphasized by structuralism, provide methodological support for us to explore the noumenon of the contradictions.From the perspective of structuralism, the employment structure of college students refers to all the structures covering the "two-dimensional and three-level" of the employment market. The structural contradictions are actually five kinds of contradictions under the two major forms of "spatial structure mismatch type" and "time structure mismatch type"."Two-way force","coordinated coordination" and "same frequency resonance" are the principles toresolve the structural contradictions.
