摘要
[目的/意义]旨在探索科技成果转化新模式,为提升高校科技成果转化效率提供参考。[方法/过程]归纳总结目前高校科技成果转化存在的问题,在此基础上,引入价值网络理论,分析高校科技成果转化价值网络结构,并建立价值网络模型。[结果/结论]从高校专业技术转移机构、科技成果转化服务平台与高校科技评价体系三个方面提出了基于价值网络的高校科技成果转化模式,并为高校科技成果转化工作的推进提供构建成果转化价值共同体、强化高校核心能力体系建设和营造助力成果转化的良好氛围等建议。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore a new mode of transformation of scientific and technological achieve⁃ments to provide references for improving the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.[Method/process]This paper summarizes the problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in u⁃niversities.On this basis,it introduces the value network theory,analyzes the value network structure of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities,and establishes the value network model.[Result/conclusion]It puts forward the trans⁃formation mode of scientific and technological achievements in universities based on value network from three aspects:technology transfer institution,achievement transformation service platform and science and technology evaluation system,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the work promotion such like constructing the value community of achievement transformation,strengthening the construc⁃tion of the core competence system of university and creating a good atmosphere to help the achievement transformation.
