摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)引起的、可人际间感染的急性呼吸道传染病。其中核酸检测连续阳性超过当地平均转阴时间的患者,即为新冠长期阳性患者。长阳患者因感邪日久,多脏腑受累,病机易于传变,如何把控治疗,使病机向良发展,对于疾病的治疗至关重要。
COVID-19 is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by novel coronavirus. Among them,the patients with continuous positive real-time reverse-transcriptase polymerase-chain-reaction(r RT-PCR)exceeding the local average turning negative time are defined as patients with long-term COVID-19. Due to the longtime of evil pathogenic factor,the Zangfu is involved,and the pathogenesis is easy to change. How to develop effective therapeutic approaches and make the pathogenesis develop to good is very important for the treatment of the disease.
