摘要
目的探讨固本祛痰化瘀汤联合噻托溴铵吸入治疗慢阻肺稳定期痰瘀互结证的临床效果。方法随机抽取我院2019年2月至2020年8月间收治的慢阻肺稳定期痰瘀互结证患者80例,采用随机数字表方法将患者均分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组治疗方法为噻托溴铵吸入,观察组治疗方法为固本祛痰化瘀汤联合噻托溴铵吸入,比较两种疗法的临床应用效果。结果①观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的75%,对比组间数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②比较观察组和对照组患者治疗后的FEV1、FVC以及FEV1/FVC,对比组间数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺稳定期痰瘀互结证患者在临床治疗中采用固本祛痰化瘀汤联合噻托溴铵吸入法效果良好,可改善患者的肺功能,将复发率降低。
Objective To explore clinical effect of strengthening foundation,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction combined with tiotropium bromide inhalation in treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients at stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with phlegm and blood stasis at stable stage of COPD admitted to our hospital from Feb 2019 to Aug 2020,and divided them into control group(n=40)and observation group randomly with random number table method(n=40).Control group was treated with tiotropium bromide inhalation,and observation group with strengthening foundation,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction combined with tiotropium bromide inhalation.It compared clinical application effect between two therapies.Results①Total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%,higher than 75%of control group,data difference was statistically significant between groups,(P<0.05);②Comparing FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC of observation group and control group after treatment,data difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening foundation,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction combined with tiotropium bromide inhalation can achieve good clinical treatment effect for phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients at COPD stable phase,improve lung function and reduce recurrence rate of patients.
