摘要
悬臂式掘进机智能化控制系统融合无线通信、数字视频处理、光纤通信和工业网络等先进技术,通过三维定位截割、截割轨迹在线监测、自动控制、补偿、截割姿态检测、截割轨迹监测以及远程可视化和超视距控制等技术,实时观测掘进工作面迎头各系统的运行情况,为安全生产提供直观的图像信息和数据信息,提出掘进成套装备智能化控制系统的设计思路和总体技术框架。在中煤科工山西华泰阳坡泉煤矿进行试验和应用,效果良好,研究成果可为掘进工作面成套装备智能化技术发展提供借鉴和参考。
The boom roadheader intelligent control system combines advanced technologies such as wireless communications, digital video processing, fiber-optic communication, and industrial networking, through three-dimensional positioning and cutting, on-line monitoring of cutting trajectory, automatic control, compensation, cutting attitude detection, cutting trajectory monitoring and remote visualization and over-the-horizon control, etc.It can real-time observation of heading face system operation, for the safety of production to provide visual image information and data information, and the design idea and overall technical framework of the intelligent control system of tunneling complete equipment are put forward.The system has been tested and applied in CCTEG Shanxi Huatai Yangpoquan Coal Mine, and the application effect is good.The research results can be used for reference for the development of intelligent technology of complete equipment in driving working face.
