摘要
在煤矿生产过程中,采煤机和掘进机使用的截齿容易出现失效问题,严重影响煤矿生产效率。所以,本文分析了截齿失效的原因,以确保煤矿生产井然有序。要想合理完善截齿,人们不仅需要从采煤机与掘进机的设计、工艺和实际操作方面提出有效的措施,更要具体分析截齿的各类失效形式,从而对症下药,延长其使用寿命。
In the production process of coal mines,the picks used in coal mining machines and roadheaders are prone to failure,which seriously affects coal mine production efficiency.Therefore,this paper analyzed the reasons for the failure of the picks to ensure the orderly production of coal mines.In order to improve the picks reasonably,people not only need to propose effective measures from the design,technology and actual operation of the shearer and roadheader,but also specifically analyze the various failure modes of the picks,so as to prescribe the right medi⁃cine and extend their service life.
