摘要
儿童护理作为一门专业主干课程,其对儿科护理人才的培养有其自身特殊性。衢州职业技术学院基于岗位调研,确定课程三维教学目标,依照岗课赛证融通的思路重构教学内容,借助线上线下教学资源开展模块化教学,健全过程性评价体系并探索增值评价。经过一系列课程改革实践,三维教学目标得以达成,实现了知识传授和思政育人相同步,培养了一批高质量复合型护理人才。
Pediatric Nursing,as a major course,has its own particularity in training of pediatric nursing talents.Based on the results of previous survey,three-dimensional teaching objectives were determined.The teaching contents were re-organized according to the thoughts of“position-course-competition-certificate”as a whole.Online and offline resources were used for the teaching.The process evaluation system was improved and a series of curriculum reform measures such as value-added evaluation were explored.After the practice,three-dimensional learning objectives were achieved.Knowledge distribution and ideological and political education were realized at the same time.A group of high-quality talents in pediatric care were cultivated.
