对分课堂在内科学教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨对分课堂在本科临床教学中的应用效果.方法 随机抽取2015级临床医学专业2个班,对照组62例采用传统课堂,观察组60例采用对分课堂,均讲授内科学.在期末时对比2个组的期末成绩、自主学习能力,对观察组进行问卷调查.结果 2组间基线资料差异无统计学意义.在期末成绩方面,观察组学生在选择题、案例分析题及总分方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,在简答题方面与对照组学生差异无统计学意义.观察组学生自主学习能力方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.观察组学生多数赞同对分课堂的课堂模式(72.22%)、作业模式(90.56%)、讨论模式(83.10%)、体验感(86.67%).结论 对分课堂在内科学教学中具有可行性,可提高学生成绩及自主学习能力. objective To explore the application effect of Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion(PAD)class ininternal medicine teaching.Methods Two classes of 2015 grade clinical medicine were randomly selected.The control group(n=62)used traditional classes,while the observation group(n=60)used PAD classes to teach internal medicine.At the end of the term,the final scores and independent learning ability of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was surveyed by questionnaire.Results There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups.In terms of final scores,the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of Multiple Choice Questions,Case Analysis Questions and total scores.There was no significant difference in terms of Short Answer Questions between the two groups.The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of independent learning ability.The majority of students in the observation group agreed with the PAD classes in terms of classroom model(72.22%),homework mode(90.56%),discussion mode(83.10%)and experience(86.67%).Conclusions It was feasible to use PAD classes in internal medicine teaching,which could improve students'achievement and independent learning ability.
