摘要 近年来,BIM建筑技术在国内外建筑工程领域发展迅速,在现代建筑工程领域有着非常广泛的应用。建筑信息模型(BIM)作为建筑数字化信息系统集成的重要载体,贯穿于建筑行业生命周期的各个关键阶段,指导建筑主体结构的基本设计、施工和生产运营过程管理。通过梳理国内外BIM应用技术的研究发展现状。并结合国内BIM技术相关政策,详细介绍BIM技术的定义、优势、国内现存问题、应对策略,运用流程和具体应用领域。并结合实际对BIM技术的发展趋势进行预测,增进对BIM技术在建筑工程领域应用的认识。 BIM construction technology development is a technology that has developed rapidly in the fields related to construction engineering at home and abroad in recent years. It has been widely used in the field of modern construction engineering construction. As an important carrier of building digital information system integration, building information model(BIM) runs through all key stages of the life cycle of the construction industry and guides the basic design, construction, production and operation process management of the main structure of the building. This paper mainly introduces the research and development status of BIM application technology at home and abroad. Combined with the existing domestic BIM Technology related policies, this paper introduces in detail the definition, advantages,domestic existing problems, coping strategies, application process and specific application in the field of construction engineering and the development trend of BIM Technology. This paper provides literature for researchers in this field, has certain reference value, and forecasts the development trend of BIM Technology in combination with the actual situation,increase the understanding of the application of BIM technology in the field of construction engineering.
