摘要
文章以北京恒隆广场购物中心项目为例,介绍了BIM技术在该项目中的应用。在设计管理阶段,该项目通过BIM三维审图发现并解决了大量的设计问题,同时利用BIM技术优化了土建、钢结构、幕墙、机电等专业的设计和施工方案;在施工阶段,通过基坑监测与施工安全控制,以及在场地狭窄、地质复杂条件下优化施工组织,提升了施工效率和安全性。该项目最终实现了缩短工期和降低成本的目标,为后续同类大型项目的BIM技术应用提供了宝贵的实践经验。
Taking the Beijing Henglong Plaza Shopping Center project as an example,this article introduces the application of BIM technology in the project.In the design management phase,the project discovered and solved a large number of design problems through BIM 3D drawing review,and optimized the design and construction plans of civil engineering,steel structure,curtain wall,electromechanical and other specialties using BIM technology;During the construction phase,by monitoring the foundation pit and controlling construction safety,as well as optimizing construction organization under narrow and complex geological conditions,construction efficiency and safety have been improved.The project ultimately achieved the goals of shortening the construction period and reducing costs,providing valuable practical experience for the application of BIM technology in similar large-scale projects in the future.
