摘要
本文着重分析BIM技术在建筑施工管理中的应用。BIM (Building Information Modeling建筑信息建模)就是在计算机中建立一座虚拟建筑。该虚拟建筑会提供一个单一、完整、包括逻辑关系的建筑信息库。按照建筑直观物理形态构建的数据库,记录了建筑各阶段的数据信息,对建筑物的全寿命周期,从规划设计到后期的运营使用管理持续发挥作用。BIM技术的信息包括设计阶段的空间分析、体量分析、效果分析、结构分析、节能分析、造价分析、可建性分析、碰撞分析;现场施工阶段的深化设计、场地布置、施工组织、进度管理、材料、设备、质量、安全、竣工验收等管理应用;运营阶段的维护管理、空间管理、资产管理、建筑系统分析、灾害应急模拟。
This paper focuses on the application of BIM technology to construction management.Building Information Modeling is the creation of a virtual building in a computer.The virtual building provides a single,complete building information base that includes logical relationships.According to the database constructed by the visual physical form of the building,the data information of each stage of the building is recorded,which plays a continuous role in the whole life cycle of the building,from the planning and design to the later operation and use management.BIM technology information includes space analysis,volume analysis,effect analysis,structure analysis,energy saving analysis,cost analysis,buildability analysis,collision analysis;site construction phase deepening design,site layout,construction organization,schedule management,materials,equipment,quality,safety,completion acceptance and other management applications;operation phase maintenance management,space management,asset management,building system analysis,disaster emergency simulation.
