摘要
建立液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法同时测定中药材中11种真菌毒素的方法。样品经乙腈-水提取,以0.1%甲酸甲醇溶液-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,用Waters Acquity BEH C柱分离,采用LC-MS/MS法测定,内标法定量。11种真菌毒素的质量浓度在0.1~100 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.996,检出限为0.08~1.40μg/kg。样品加标回收率为76.1%~97.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.97%~8.58%(n=6)。该方法简单、稳定、可靠,适合中药材中11种真菌毒素的测定。
A rapid method for simultaneously determining 11 mycotoxin in Chinese herbal medicine by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile water and separated by Waters Acquity BEH Ccolumn with 0.1% formic acid methanol solution-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase,determined by LC-MS/MS and quantified by internal standard method.The mass concentrations of 11 mycotoxins had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-100 ng/mL,the correlation coefficients were all not less than 0.996,and the detection limits were 0.08-1.40μg/kg.The recoveries of standard addition of the sample were 76.1%-97.6%,and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 3.97%-8.58%(n=6).The method is simple,stable and reliable,which is suitable for the analysis of 11 mycotoxins in Chinese herbal medicine.
