摘要
                
                    天麻中含有多种有效成分,采用不同的加工方法会使天麻有效成分含量发生不同变化.在查阅收集国内相关文献的基础上,探讨不同加工方法对天麻品质的影响情况,以期为进一步开展天麻加工研究提供参考.
                
                There are many active ingredients in gastrodia elata. Different processing methods will make different changes in the content of effective components of gastrodia elata. On the basis of looking up and collecting relevant documents in China, this paper discusses the influences of different processing methods on the quality of gastrodia elata, in order to provide references for further research on the processing of gastrodia elata.
