摘要
实验教学中心作为高校中区别于普通院系的重要单位,除完成实验教学外,还协助部分研究生课题实施、承担本科生创新实验能力培养、实验室建设、仪器管理、耗材管理、场地与安全管理等任务。针对中心人员身兼多种职责,部分工作难量化,合理构建其绩效考核体系已成为高校管理部门亟待解决的问题。以重庆医科大学实验教学管理中心为例,介绍该单位在2007-2021年绩效考核体系构建情况。在实践过程中完善该绩效考核体系,从而有效地调动了实验教学中心人员的积极性、主动性和创造力。
Experimental teaching center as an important unit in the university, distinguishes itself from the general faculties. It covers completing the experimental teaching tasks, assisting postgraduates in their project implementation,cultivating undergraduates’ innovative experimental ability, laboratory construction, instrument management, consumables and supplies management, experiment site and safety management, etc. Staff in this center shoulder various responsibilities and some work is difficult to quantify, so it is urgent for university management department to appropriately construct a corresponding performance appraisal system. Taking the experimental teaching and management center of Chongqing Medical University as an example, this paper introduces the construction of it performance appraisal system from 2007 to 2021. The performance appraisal system should be improved to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the staff in the experimental teaching center.
