摘要
本文依据社会认知理论和认知边界模型,以三阶段问卷调查的方式共收集15家企业287名员工的数据,探讨责任型领导对员工工作投入和家庭投入的作用机制和边界条件。研究结果表明:(1)责任型领导对员工工作与家庭平衡的自我效能感有显著正向影响;(2)工作与家庭平衡的自我效能感在责任型领导与员工工作投入和责任型领导与家庭投入之间起中介作用;(3)工作家庭区隔偏好显著调节责任型领导和工作与家庭平衡的自我效能感的关系,以及工作与家庭平衡的自我效能感在责任型领导与工作投入和家庭投入之间的中介作用。
Based on the social cognitive theory and the cognitive boundary model,this paper collects data from 287 employees in 15 companies by a three-stage questionnaire,to explore the mechanisms and boundary conditions of responsible leadership on employees’work engagement and family engagement.The results are shown as follows.Firstly,responsible leadership has a significant positive effect on employees’self-efficacy of work-family balance.Secondly,self-efficacy of work-family balance mediates the relationship between responsible leadership and employees’work engagement,as well as family engagement.Thirdly,work-family segmentation preferences moderate not only the relationship between responsible leadership and employees’self-efficacy of work-family balance,but also the mediating role of self-efficacy of work-family balance between responsible leadership and work engagement,as well as family engagement.
