摘要
【目的】为探究干旱胁迫下,百农889和中国春两个抗旱性小麦品种的光合作用和叶绿素荧光特性的差异。【方法】利用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,对百农889和中国春离体叶片和幼苗进行处理,测定其表型、生物量、相对含水量、叶绿素含量、光合作用和叶绿素荧光指标。【结果】在干旱胁迫下,两品种小麦离体叶片叶色均变浅,叶绿素含量分别降低了19.74%和23.60%,但百农889的叶绿素含量比中国春高7.16%;干旱胁迫下两品种细胞质膜完整性均受到明显损伤,但百农889细胞质膜完整性受到的损伤更小;干旱胁迫下百农889和中国春小麦生物量降低了27.00%~54.80%,相对含水量分别下降了10.60%和15.20%,百农889净光合速率和叶绿素含量未发生明显变化,而中国春小麦净光合速率和叶绿素含量分别降低了31.06%和24.23%,百农889和中国春小麦叶片F_(v)/F_(m)、PhiPS2、ETR显著降低,NPQ明显升高;但百农889小麦叶片相对含水量、净光合速率、叶绿素含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、Fv/Fm、PhiPS2和ETR均显著高于中国春,NPQ显著低于中国春。【结论】在PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下,百农889比中国春受到的损伤轻,能够保持更高的相对含水量、叶绿素含量和光合作用强度,植株生长受到的抑制弱,抗旱性强。
【Objective】In order to investigate the difference of drought resistance between Bainong 889 and Chinese Spring,and the effects of drought stress on photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence charac‐teristics.【Method】PEG-6000 simulated drought stress was applied on wheat seedlings.The phenotype,biomass,relative water content,chlorophyll content,photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence were de‐termined.【Result】Under PEG-6000 simulated stress,the color of wheat leaves became lighter,the chlo‐rophyll content decreased by 19.74%and 23.60%,the cell membrane was damaged.However,the chloro‐phyll content in Bainong 889 was 7.16%more than that in Chinese Spring,and the cell membrane was less damaged.Under drought stress,the biomass of Bainong 889 and Chinese Spring wheat decreased by 27.00%~54.80%,and the relative water content decreased by 10.60%and 15.20%respectively.The relative water content of Bainong 889 leaves was significantly higher than that of Chinese Spring.Under PEG-6000 simulated drought stress,the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of Bainong 889 did not change significantly,while those of Chinese Spring decreased by 31.06%and 24.23%,respectively.The net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of Bainong 889 were significantly higher than those of Chinese Spring.Under stress,Fv/Fm,PhiPS2 and ETR of Bain‐ong 889 and Chinese Spring leaves decreased significantly,and NPQ increased significantly.The Fv/Fm,PhiPS2 and ETR of Bainong 889 leaves were significantly higher than those of Chinese Spring,and NPQ were significantly lower than that of Chinese Spring.【Conclusion】Under PEG-6000 simulated drought stress,Bainong 889 suffers less damage than Chinese Spring by maintaining higher relative water content,chlorophyll content and photosynthesis activity.
