摘要
目的探讨在康复生理学教学中应用基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念的模块化教学法的授课效果。方法选取沈阳医学院2020级康复治疗技术专业学生为研究对象,以生理学课程的第八章内容进行教学改革实施,其中1班和2班为研究组,于2021年4月12日采用基于OBE理念的模块化教学法授课,3班和4班为对照组,于2021年4月14日采用传统教学法授课。比较两组的理论测试成绩,了解研究组学生对基于OBE理念的模块化教学法的满意度。结果对照组理论测试平均成绩(73.89±13.21)分低于研究组的(80.03±8.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学效果问卷调查显示,基于OBE理念的模块化教学法应用于生理学教学,效果显著。结论与传统教学方法相比,OBE理念下的模块化教学法提高了教学效能,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of the modular teaching method based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)in the teaching of rehabilitation physiology.Methods Select the 2020 grade rehabilitation technology students of Shenyang Medical College as the research object,and implement the teaching reform based on the content of Chapter 8 of the physiology course.Class 1 and 2 are the research groups.On April 12,2021,the OBE concept-based method was adopted.The modular teaching method is taught,and classes 3 and 4 are the control group.The traditional teaching method will be used on April 14,2021.The theoretical test scores of the two groups were compared to understand the students'satisfaction with the modular teaching method based on the OBE concept.Results The average score of the theoretical test in the control group(73.89±13.21)points was lower than that in the study group(80.03±8.38)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group's teaching effect questionnaire showed that the modular teaching method based on the OBE concept was applied to physiology teaching,and the effect was remarkable.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the modular teaching method under the OBE concept has improved the teaching efficiency and is worth learning from.
