摘要 随着电子信息技术的飞速发展,智能柔性可穿戴设备逐渐引起人们关注,其中柔性导电材料作为可穿戴设备各功能元件的纽带,在提供电力与传输信号方面起到了至关重要的作用。然而,传统的纺织材料通常是绝缘材料,不能直接形成导电纱线或智能可穿戴产品,需要通过静电纺丝、混纺和浸渍涂层等方法进行加工,以获得兼具柔性和高导电性的复合导电纱线,使其更适合应用于智能可穿戴设备。介绍了静电纺丝法、混纺法和浸渍涂层法3种导电纱线复合方法,并分析近年来新型导电纱线的制备方法及其在智能可穿戴领域的应用情况。 With the rapid development of electronic information technology, intelligent flexible wearable devices have gradually attracted widespread attention. Flexible conductive materials, as the link of various functional components of wearable devices, play a vital role in providing power and transmitting signals. However, traditional textile materials are usually insulating materials, which can not directly form conductive yarns or intelligent wearable products. Therefore, it is necessary to process composite conductive yarns with flexibility and high conductivity through electrospinning, blending and immersion coating, so as to make them more suitable for the application of intelligent wearable devices. Three composite methods of electrospinning, blending and impregnation coating were introduced, and the preparation methods of new conductive yarns in recent years and their applications in the field of intelligent wearable were analyzed.
