摘要
随着电子信息技术的飞速发展,智能柔性可穿戴设备逐渐引起人们的广泛关注。其中,柔性金属基导电纱线作为可穿戴设备各功能元件的纽带,起着至关重要的作用。综述用于智能可穿戴领域的柔性金属基导电纱线的制备方法及其应用,包括混纺、涂层、包覆、纺丝及其他方法,深入探讨各种方法的原理、优劣势,并分析各方法在不同可穿戴场景下的应用。梳理柔性金属基导电纱线的不同制备方法及其研究趋势,尤其是包覆纱线结构与独特优势,并客观分析各种导电纱线的最新应用案例,为科研人员和技术开发者提供一定的理论支持,有助于推动柔性金属基导电纱线在智能可穿戴领域的持续优化与创新发展。
With the rapid development of electronic information technology,intelligent and flexible wearable devices have gradually attracted widespread attention.Flexible metal-based conductive yarns serve as critical links between functional components in wearable devices.Various preparation methods and applications of these yarns in intelligent wearables were introduced,including blending,coating,wrapping,spinning,and other methods.The principles,advantages,and disadvantages of each method were explored,and their applications in different wearable scenarios were compared.Additionally,preparation methods and research trends of flexible metal-based conductive yarns were analyzed,particularly the yarn structures and unique advantages of the wrapping method,along with the latest application cases of each conductive yarn type.It was shown to provide theoretical support for researchers and technolo-gy developers,contributing to continuous optimization and innovative development of flexible metal-based conductive yarns in intelli-gent wearables.
