摘要
为准确便捷地评价聚丙烯长丝/芳纶包缠纱的综合质量,利用平行纺纱技术,通过合理配置ON-SC1000型花式捻线机的空心锭转速及卷绕速度,成功研制出5种不同捻度的聚丙烯长丝/芳纶包缠纱.选取了影响包缠纱综合性能的7项指标进行测试,包括其断裂伸长CV值、断裂强力CV值、粗节、棉结、细节、条干均匀度、耐磨性.采用主成分分析法,对包缠纱综合性能进行分析,计算得出5种捻度包缠纱的综合得分依次为0.067、-0.818、-0.751、-1.019、1.476.结果表明:5种纱线的捻度由优到劣依次为320、250、300、200、350捻/m;在250~320捻/m的范围内,纱线外观优良,有利于充分发挥2种长丝的优良特性.
To evaluate the comprehensive quality of polypropylene filament/aramid wrapped yarn accurately and conveniently,five kinds of polypropylene filament/aramid wrapped yarns with different twists were produced successfully with the parallel spinning method by adjusting winding speed and spindle speed on ON-SC1000 fancy twisting machine.Seven indexes that would influence comprehensive quality of the wrapped yarns were tested,including the breaking elongation CV,the breaking strength CV,slug,knot,thin place,evenness and abrasion performance.It was found through calculation and the principal component analysis that the five kinds of wrapped yarn got the comprehensive score of 0.067,-0.818,-0.751,-1.019,1.476,respectively.Experiments demonstrat that the ranks of the yarns with different twists is 320,250,300,200,350 T/m,successively; and in the twist range from 250 T/m to 320 T/m,the wrapped yarns get excellent comprehensive performance which is beneficial to give full play to the excellent characteristics of the two kinds of filament.
