摘要
目前以开发计算机程序辅助生物化学实验分析教学的案例极少,通过Python编程开发与生物化学实验结合的方式来帮助学生更好地理解生化实验原理、掌握跨学科知识点是一个有意思的研究课题。本教学研究论文以经典食品生物化学实验课程中常见的蛋白质浓度测定实验为例,开发Python脚本进行检测与数据分析。讨论了如何教授学生使用基于RGB色彩理论的Python脚本处理分析样品溶液的颜色数据与蛋白质浓度之间的关系,探究样品取样量、考马斯亮蓝稀释倍数、图片分辨率等因素对检测效果的影响,得出最优的蛋白中浓度的成像条件并最终开发出高通量快速检测的新方法。本教学案例不仅教授学生传统的生物化学实验,而且尝试教授学生Python程序设计基础相关的知识。
At present, there are very few cases of developing computer programs to assist the teaching of biochemical experiment analysis, and it is an interesting research topic to help students better understand the principles of biochemical experiments and master interdisciplinary knowledge points through Python programming development and the combination of biochemical experiments. This teaching research paper takes the protein concentration determination experiment commonly used in the classical food biochemistry experimental course as an example, and develops a Python script for detection and data analysis. This paper discusses how to teach students to use Python scripts based on RGB color theory to process the relationship between the color data of the analyzed sample solution and protein concentration, explore the influence of sample sampling, Coomassie bright blue dilution multiple, picture resolution and other factors on the detection effect, obtain the optimal imaging conditions for protein concentrations, and finally develop a new method for high-throughput rapid detection. This teaching case not only teaches students traditional biochemical experiments, but also tries to teach students the basics of Python programming.
