摘要
研究了应用平板式超滤技术及中空纤维式超滤技术对乳酸钙中蛋白质的去除,分析了膜压差ΔP、温度t、pH值等因素的影响,得到了两种膜组件各自较好的工艺操作条件.平板式膜组件:ΔP=0.2~0.25MPa、t=20℃、pH=3~6;中空纤维式膜组件:ΔP=0.05MPa、t=30℃、pH=4.用平板式膜组件对乳酸钙料液进行预处理,再用中空纤维膜组件超滤,最终得到的滤液中的蛋白质含量为13.6mg/L,蛋白质的总去除率可达83%.
This paper studies the removal of proteins in calcium lactate by applying the panlike ultrafiltration device and hollow fiber ultrafiltration device.Through analyzing the effects of some parameters such as the pressure( ΔP),the temperature(t),the value of pH on ultrafiltration process,the better operational conditions of two kinds of membrane ultrafiltration device are obtained respectively.For panlike ultrafiltration device,the optimum technology conditions are ΔP=0.2~0.25 MPa,t=20 ℃,pH=3~6.And for hollow fiber ultrafiltration device,the optimum technology conditions are ΔP=0.05 MPa,t=30 ℃,pH=4.In the time of better operational condition,the panlike membrane device is used to pretreat the solution of calcium lactate,and then the hollow fiber membrane device is used to treat further.Eventually,the protein content in the calcium lactate solution after ultrafiltration is up to 13.6 mg/L,and the removal value of proteins in the calcium lactate is up to 83%.
