摘要
北京冬奥会我国自由式滑雪空中技巧队获得2金1银的历史最佳战绩,再一次实现了历史性突破。其中科技助力团队融合多学科、多尺度和全方位的综合模式对运动员进行长期科技攻关服务,全面提升其竞技实力。本文以科技助力应用为主线,从生物力学监控、体能储备、专项技术动作、康复保障、心理能力和运动员竞技实力分析等角度全面盘点空中技巧女队在备战周期中的科技应用,总结科技助力下创新形成的多学科一体化训练模式、转训技术融合方案和空中技巧人才培养体系等,实现我国空中技巧运动员竞技能力跨越式发展的自主备战思路,为同类冬季项目进一步强化科技支撑和引领作用、科学化训练理论的构建以及指导创新实践提供参考。
In Beijing Winter Olympics,China freestyle skiing aerials team won the best record in history with 2 gold and 1 silver medals,once again achieving a historic breakthrough.The science and technology promotion team integrates a multidisciplinary,multi-scale and all-round comprehensive mode to provide long-term scientific and technological research services for athletes,so as to comprehensively improve their competitive strength.This paper takes the application of science and technology promotion as the main line,comprehensively reviews the scientific and technological application modes of female aerials athletes in the preparation cycle for Beijing Winter Olympics from the perspectives of sports biomechanics monitoring,physical fitness reserve,special technical movements,rehabititation guarantee,mental ability and comparative analysis of athletes’competitive strength,and summarizes the multidisciplinary integrated training mode,transfer training technology integration scheme and talent training system of freestyle skiing aerials formed by innovation with the science and technology promotion.The method of science and technology promotion helps to realize the independ-ent preparation thinking of the leapfrog development of the competitive ability of Chinese aerials athletes,and provides a reference for the similar winter sports to further strengthen the role of scientific and technological support and guidance,the construction of scientific training theory and the guidance of innovative practice.
