摘要
本文主要采用文献资料法和案例分析法等,探究培养国际冬季体育组织人才的必要性,总结当前人才培养困境,对标国际组织人才的基本素养与能力,提出培养路径。研究认为:借助北京2022年冬奥会举办契机,加强与国际体育组织间的互动,培养与输送国际冬季体育组织人才,不仅能为全球体育治理贡献中国力量,还能加快"人才强国""体育强国"建设,对提升我国国际体育影响力与话语权、树立良好大国形象具有重要意义。目前,我国国际冬季体育组织人才培养存在的主要问题是缺乏明确的人才培养规划,人才选拔视野不够开阔,人才培养理论研究相对薄弱,学科与师资建设相对滞后,促进机制与保障制度不健全。建议:建设研究智库,做好人才培养中长期规划;拓宽选拔视野,实现人才培养多元化;对标国际组织人才基本素养,打造订单式培养模式;构建人才培养的学科体系,不断加强师资队伍建设;汇集多方力量,健全人才培养保障体系。
This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review and case analysis to explore the necessity of training international winter sports organization talents,summarize the current talent training difficulties,benchmark the basic literacy and ability of international organization talents,and put forward the training path.The research shows that:taking advantage of the opportunity of Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games,strengthening the interaction with international sports organizations,cultivating and transporting talents of international winter sports organizations can not only contribute to China’s strength for global sports governance,but also speed up the construction of“talent power”and“sports power”,which is of great significance to enhance China’s international sports influence and discourse power,and to establish a good image of a big country.At present,the main problems existing in the talent training of international winter sports organizations in China are:The talent training plan is not clear;The vision of talent selection is not broad enough;The theoretical research on talent training is relatively weak;The construction of disciplines and teachers lags behind;The promotion mechanism and guarantee system are not perfect.The suggestions are to build a research think tank and make a medium and long-term plan for talent training;to broaden the vision of selection and realize the diversification of talent training;to benchmark the basic quality of talents in international organizations and create an order based training mode;to build the discipline system of talent training and constantly strengthen the construction of teachers;to gather various forces and improve the talent training guarantee system.
