摘要
伴随科技水平的不断提升,建筑施工技术应用也进入了全新阶段,建筑规模日益扩大,相应的成本投入也越来越多。要想确保建筑企业的可持续发展和施工顺利进行,做好各阶段成本控制非常重要。建筑工程造价管理不仅关乎企业的投资收益,还是保证工程质量的重要方面。文章首先阐述了控制建筑工程造价成本的重要意义,然后重点介绍了各阶段成本控制要点,分析了存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的造价成本控制策略,以供参考。
With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology, the application of construction technology has also entered a new stage. The scale of construction is expanding, and the corresponding cost investment is also increasing. In order to ensure the sustainable development of construction enterprises and the smooth progress of the construction, it is very important to control the cost of each stage. Construction cost management is not only related to the investment income of enterprises, but also an important aspect to ensure the quality of the engineering.This paper first expounds the significance of controlling the cost of construction engineering, and then focuses on the key points of cost control at each stage, analyzes the main problems, and puts forward corresponding cost control strategy for reference.
