摘要
分析了我国工程造价管理现状及存在的问题。基于工程造价信息数据庞大,且有较高的动态性和多源异构性,提出应重视工程造价数据采集工作,构建工程数据体系,并结合某污水厂工程探讨项目级工程数据体系的构建方法,提出工程造价数据采集与应用流程。指出工程造价数据采集和应用过程中应重视数据的格式统一和安全问题。
This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of engineering cost management in China. Based on the huge information data, high dynamicity and multi-source isomerism, the engineering cost data collection should be paid attention,the engineering data system should be built,the construction method of project level data system is discussed combined with a sewage plant project,data collection and application process of engineering cost are proposed. It points out that the data format and data security should be emphasized during the process of data collection and application.
